How do I cancel my Riffy Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). On iPhone: go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Riffy. On Android: open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Riffy. Tap "Cancel subscription" and confirm. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not Riffy directly. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Riffy charge. On Android, open the Play Store → account → Order history → select the charge → Request a refund.
Why can't I hear audio in a clip?
Make sure your device is not in silent mode and that the Riffy app has permission to use audio. On iOS, check that the ringer switch (on the side of your phone) is not set to silent. On Android, check media volume in Settings. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app.
A clip I created isn't showing up. What happened?
User-created clips go through a brief automated review. If a clip appears to infringe copyright or violates our content guidelines it may be removed. If you believe this was an error, contact us at support@getriffy.com with the clip details.
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@getriffy.com from the email address on your account. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Note: deleting your account also cancels any active Pro subscription (no partial refunds are issued).
The keyboard extension isn't appearing. How do I enable it?
On iOS: go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Riffy. Then tap Riffy in the keyboard list and enable "Allow Full Access." On Android: go to Settings → System → Language & input → On-screen keyboard → Manage keyboards and toggle Riffy on.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The reset link expires after 1 hour.
How do referrals work?
Go to your profile and tap "Invite Friends" to get your personal referral link. When a friend signs up through your link, you earn Pro days — 3 days for your first referral, up to 30 days for 25 referrals. Pro days stack on top of any active subscription.
Why is a clip marked as "Preview only"?
Preview clips are 30-second samples from Deezer. They are shown on artist pages for songs that don't yet have a Riffy clip. You can play and browse them, but they can't be sent as full clips. Use the lyric selector on the song page to create your own clip instead.
How do I report a clip or inappropriate content?
Long-press (or right-click on web) any clip card and tap "Report." You can also email support@getriffy.com with the clip link. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours.
